I am offering accommodation for rental, how can I register it in the database?
After clicking on the second large button (Advertise accommodation) please choose register.
How will I be informed about the successful registration?
After registration, a confirmation letter is sent to the address provided. In case you do not receive such letter please contact info@hellotourist.net.
I can not read the ad on the main page, becouse the link does not work.
Please log in as an accommodation provider, and the link will go immediately live.
Does the website send cookies?
Yes, the webpage remembers your choosen language for 7 days using cookies.
Where can I send my questions and comments regarding the webpage?
We are awating for questions and remarks regarding the service to info@hellotourist.net.
Why is it important to fill in the accommodation description field in all possible languages?
As you know most of our visitors visit our page using a Search Engine (as Google). Search Engines index all pages with some kind of content, so your personal pages as well. Potential guests living in different countries often use their mother tongue when searching. In case there is such content on your personal page Search Engines can offer them as hits as well.
Why is it important to upload pictures to your personal page?
When displaying search results we list accommodations with uploaded pictures first.
I have uploaded new pictures onto my personal page, but I can not see any change.
